- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Disclaimer: Dr. Robert Phlor is an experienced an excellent vet. This practice was recently purchased by Lucerne Vet and the new vets there are too new and inexperienced. Our cat almost died resulting from their bad treatment and their prescribing the wrong medication and given him a rabies shot while he was so ill. Many of my friends have the same complaint. This practice is owned by Lucerne Vet and they have also had many complaints, and the owners simply do not care. We have 11 pets and have been clients there for 15 years. Our complaints fell upon deaf ears. So they have lost our business. Be careful!!! The photos below are of our cat before he was treated at Blue Hill.
